Nominations for 7 voting members spots now open

The Region 13 Nueces Regional Flood Planning Group (RFPG) is soliciting nominations to fill seven voting positions. Nominees who either operate in or have interests in the Region 13 Nueces RFPG are being solicited to represent the following interest groups:

Voting Members for All Interest Groups (1 Seat each)
River Authorities
Industries
Small Business
Counties
Municipalities
Electric Generating
Water District

In order to be eligible for voting membership on the Region 13 Nueces RFPG, a person must be capable of adequately representing the interest for which a member is sought, be willing to participate in the regional flood planning process, attend meetings, and abide by RFPG bylaws.

Nominations may be submitted to the Executive Committee of the Region 13 Nueces RFPG with a

Deadline of July 16th, 2025 – Noon

Nominations must include: Nominee’s name, mailing address, phone number, email address, the interest group and/or entity the nominee represents, and a resume or a cover letter detailing interest/qualifications.
